The Carthage Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce Chelsea Cholley as the new Recreation and Events Coordinator for the City. From her prior position as our Administrative Assistant, Chelsea has consistently demonstrated her exceptional skills, passion and creativity. Her enthusiasm and innovative mindset are sure to make a valuable asset to our team. In her new role as Recreation and Events Coordinator, Chelsea will take the lead in planning and coordinating a wide range of programs, events and recreational activities for the community.
